It allows the unit to reach as much as 50 W of power at colour temperatures from 4500K to 7500K. This is ideal for situations that require exceptional brightness, such as photo shoots or film shoots with multiple light sources. The mode is also available for HSI, where we can use the maximum power of the colour light. In standard mode, power consumption is reduced to 30 W, allowing you to save energy when the full brightness of the lamp is not needed.

The Newell RGB LED Dewi 50 lamp offers up to 20 special effects. You can choose from 12 simulations in CCT mode, such as lightning, TV or flame. However, that’s not all. In HSI mode you will find 8 more effects. These use colours so that you can simulate police roosters, fireworks or a disco, among other things. The ability to adjust the brightness and speed of the effects gives you full control over the lighting, allowing you to experiment freely and build the mood.

2 power ways

The Newell RGB Dewi 50 LED light provides a great deal of flexibility thanks to its two independent power supply options. You can connect it to a power supply (included), which is ideal in the studio or anywhere you have access to an electrical outlet. Alternatively, the lamp supports power via a USB-C port with Power Delivery 3.0 support and a maximum output of 15W. This solution will allow you to work in the field using a power bank.

The power supply enables the lamp to be used even if the battery is completely discharged. In such a situation, energy can be topped up while using the lamp in standard or maximum mode at the same time. The USB-C port allows simultaneous charging and use of the lamp only when the power consumption does not exceed 15 W. If the battery is fully discharged and you are using charging via the USB-C port, it will not be possible to use the lamp simultaneously due to power limitations.

Green-magenta colour correction

Green-magenta (G/M) correction is a useful feature that you won’t find in every LED lamp. This solution will allow you to control the colour of the light even better. With an adjustment range of ±30, you can fully adjust the shades to suit your current needs – whether you are creating atmospheric shots in the studio or shooting outdoor scenes in the sunshine.
